We are seeking an experienced and reliable Maintenance Team Member to join our team at Capricorn Adventist Retirement Village, 150 Rockhampton Road, Yeppoon Qld.

The role involves general home and building maintenance, routine equipment servicing, and contributing to a safe, well-maintained environment for our residents.

Requirements:

• Experience in home/building maintenance skills
• Safe use of hand tools
• Routine/scheduled maintenance experience
• Compassion when working with the elderly
• A team player
• Able to work independently
• Strong WH&S focus
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Valid working rights in Australia
• Current driver’s licence
