Visiting hours:

9am – 3pm (no appointments required)

Visits are only allowed in outside common areas

End-of-life visits allowed at any time (max 2 visitors per room at any time)

All visitors must:

  • Take temperature
  • Sign in
  • Wear single use surgical masks
  • Sanitise hands regularly
  • Maintain social distancing at all times
  • Fully vaccinated against Covid-19

Caloundra

Caloundra Residential Care Visitor Information

Visiting hours

  • Monday – Friday: 9am – 3pm (no appointments required)
  • Saturday – Sunday: 10am to 3pm (no appointments required)
  • Visitation outside of these hours by appointment only (minimum 24 hours’ notice)

Visits are only allowed in outside common areas

End-of-life visits allowed at any time (max 2 visitors per room at any time. Not allowed in common areas). Must use the room backdoor, not permitted in the common areas.

Victoria Point

Partners In Care allowed to visit (by appointment only)

10am – 3pm (no appointments required)

All visits take place outside the RAC (visitors do not enter the building)

End-of-life visits allowed at any time (max 2 visitors per room at any time)

  • Sine for end-of-life visitors
  • Book (outside) for outdoor visitors
  • Wear single use surgical masks
  • Sanitise hands regularly
  • Maintain social distancing at all times
  • Fully vaccinated against Covid-19
